Back Pain

What causes this back pain?

I have this little pain on my back for a while now. It is NOT pain caused my my spine. It is on the lower left hand side, right next to my spine. The pain is not constant, it happens mainly when I am sleeping, or about to wake up, it is a dull pain not very strong.And it only happens on that side, not the right side. Any one have any idea what it might be?

2. I have pain like that but mine are from very large ovarian cysts
3. kidney ??? maybe you have kidney stones..infection ??? see a Dr.
4. probbaly a knott or a pull of a muscle when lifting- it might happen when you're sleeping because one of your sides mighht have the bad muscle- maybe you might've broken a rib?
5. maybe you lift up something that was really heavy or if you are in yout period or about to get may be the reason too.
6. Sweetie! OUCH!!!!! I did not look to see your age, but that does not matter when pain is concerned. You may have something that you do not want to be diagnosed from the individuals, like me, on line, Go to a Doctor. Get it checked out. It is so hard to answer medical questions, I would think for ANYONE, because you have to go to the Dr. Set appointment ASAP to get your worries over!
