  1. Pregnant.
  2. It could be a bladder or kidney infection.
  3. It is just your period. I get the same thing.
  4. It could be a number of things. It could be a urinary track infection Kidney infection It could be a number of things. Most inopportunely you should see a Dr. ASAP to rule out any thing major. If its a Kidney infection and you keep letting it go it will shut down your Kidneys If its Urinary it will spread to the Kidneys if gone untreated. But most inoperable why suffer see a Dr right away. Get well soon Best wishes.
  5. It could be a kidney infection. I had that several years ago. Its usually due to an untreated bladder infection. I had no signs of a bladder infection though, and had no idea that I even had a kidney infection. I started getting bad lower back pain, and it just felt like I pulled a muscle, so I didn't do anything about it, until I was at work and got extremely pale, feverish and starting shaking. I had to go to the emergency room and they told me if I hadn't come in today my kidney could have burst, which is obviously extremely dangerous. If you think it could be a bladder infection or kidney infection, definitely go to the doctor. You'll just have to urinate in a cup and they can tell you the same day whether its an infection. If it is, you'll get medication to cure it. Also, I have heard some people feel this way when they are ovulating. I know it sounds strange, but it can happen.
  6. not enough water and fecal compaction can cause the discomfort too.
