  1. lack of strechting, weak abs is the most common one, RESPECT
  2. something may be pressing up against one of your nerves causing your back to hurt..idk recommend going to a chiropractor if the pain is still there in a week or so..and if that doesn't help id recommend going to the doctor cuz it might be something serious..i had back pains for over a year and they finally found out it was a tumor in my spine! so don't just think it's nothing..you should go get it checked if the pain persists
  3. whiplash? repetitive movements (like chopping wood)... osteopenia (soft bones, step before osteoporosis) in older adults, leading to bone shifts in the spine, which leads to unbalanced stance which leads to one hip higher than the other hip which leads to pinched sciatic nerve (called sciatica..when shooting pains in lower back, buttock region and down one thigh).... slipped disc? kidney infection or kidney stones? (kidneys are on the back) something else? See an orthopedic physician for x-rays and tests...
  4. Whiplash injury, an injury to the neck caused by a sudden jolting, as in an automobile collision. Most muscular problems in the back are linked to some injury and must heal naturally. Give them time. Back pain that results from a severe blow or fall may require immediate attention. As a practical matter, if back pain is caused by an injury received at work, examination by a doctor is required by the workers' compensation laws. And good luck.
  5. Hello, Great question! There are 3 main causes to back pain - nutritional, physical and emotional. Given your car accident, it's reasonable to assume that there may be some physical causes that may have knocked your body out of balance. If you're not perfectly balanced on your spine - the weight of your body will put pressure on your muscles and joints - causing discomfort and pain. Additionally, your body is in a constant state of healing and regenerating new cells - eating the right foods can massively help with the healing process. If you're not supporting your body's ability to heal, pain and discomfort may be prolonged or get worse. Also, most overlooked, yet very signnificant, is the emotional component of back pain. The accident may have cause stress, trauma, fear and anger (to name a few) - these emotions have "memory" and can provide long term pain and discomfort in your back and neck. With the right techniques - you should be able to find natural and complete back pain relief without taking any toxic medication, dangerous surgeries or expensive medical bills. Hope this helps!
