Back Pain

What causes this back pain during pregnancy?

I'm 37 wks pregnant and about a month ago I had the steroid shot for the baby and that night I had pain shooting up my spine to my lower neck and I had to try moving different positions to get it to stop. Recently I have started having these pains again. Does anyone know what could be the cause of this???

1. UTI's, bladder infection, the weight on your back from carrying a baby and the extra weight, pre-term labor, or labor. Thats just to name a few but at least you get an idea.
2. what causes back pain when pregnant is when the babys weight increases,you can avoid sleeping on your back to prevent back pain and also excercise as well as avoid heels or any high heels and you can squat to pickup some versus bending over
