Back Pain

How long can back pain before periods last?

I had to take Plan B twice in the past 30 days and I was supposed to get my period this weekend around Sunday or Monday. On Sunday, I started to get cramps and lower back pain which I normally get right before my period. I expected to get my period on Monday, but it didn't come. My cramps/back pain continued and are continuing today (Tuesday). I feel like I should get my period any second but it's not coming! How long does this pre-menstrual back pain last before you get your period?

  1. I got mine again Monday.. I had cramps since late Friday. If you havent had ur period for long, you cycle can be a little screwed up lol
  2. It can last anywhere from a few hours and even up to a week before your period begins. At least that's what happens for me: I get cramps a week before my period and then 2-3 days into the period. Try not to stress too much about it because that could make it delay your period even more.
  3. Here i s an excellent site with some wonderful options for you. It will definitely help you. Have a look. http://med22.notlong.com/7AAke50

  5. Cramps and back pain can last for days. Massage can really help with cramps from period pain that lead into your back. If you massage from right to left on ur stomach it can really hep alleviate the pain. Start under your right breast just below your rib cage, go straight across to the left side then down to the bottom of your stomach slide across to the bottom of the right side of your stomach then straight up to the starting position. Make several circles. This is also great for digestive problems.
