Is lower back pain a sign of your first period?

I am 13 years old and havent had my first period, but today i got a lower back pain. this pain started like in the late morning about 10:30ish and has been on and off all day. is this a sign that my first period is soon on its way?

Yup, that's what I experienced before I got my first period- some people get it everytime they PMS.

possibly! when most women get cramps they get them in their lower back, and if you haven't had this pain before then it sounds like your period is coming for sure! just be prepared with pads or tampons so when it does come, your not caught off gaurd!
It could possibly be a sign of your first period. That's what I had when I got my first period. Some people will experience that with every period. And some people don't experience any symptoms with any period. Get some pads. And welcome to womanhood!
yes it's a sign of period .you can help it by taking a hot bath , resting and being relax!
Yes it is and if you are getting on your first it is likely it will happen on all the rest. Have fun, nap, and take Advil (don't overdose and ask your mom)
