Why do I get upper back pain and it also hurt my stomach when I'm pregnat?

This is my second time i get a pain like it. my upper back hurts and within the same pain my stomach hurts as well some times it makes me breath faster. It feels like its a pain from my upper back that goes through my body to my stomach like a sword. And when I move it hurts sooo much! or does it has to do something with my pregnacy?

2. The baby could be pressing on a mjor nerve in your back. Ask your doctor about it to reducepain or you could have them move the baby's position
3. your baby could be moving around, possibly hitting/compresing some nerves. It could also be the strain of the weight on your body, this is the most common reason for pain during pregnancy. Your body is not used to the shift in weight and gets tired supporting you. Lay down, take some pressure off every once in a while, that should help. good luck & congrats to you
4. It is the baby pushing on something. Trust me being pregnant is not always pleasant for everyone. It also depends on how far along you are. i would still go and see the Dr, and tell them what your feeling. Never risk not asking. It is better to know for sure.
5. You are using your upper back muscles to compensate for the extra package in the tummy, which will cause back pain. And the changes in the tummy area as the body starts to reconfigure itself causes muscle strain in the tummy area also. Check in with your OB for ways to compensate these changes. (Congrats :))
6. I am no doctor.. But i do believe this is a clear result of your pregnancy. I do suggest that you tell your Dr. as soon as possible about this. Pain is pain.. and pain and pregnancy never goes together. But it's happening for a reason.. So call your Dr. ok. Good luck to you
