  1. There are so many reason why back pain occurs. At some point your carrying a toddler can also cause your back pain and abdominal pain. I also experience that kind of pain when I was taking care of my three years old daughter. She always wanted to carry her like when she was a baby. After that I really felt pain in my stomach and my upper back. Fatigue may also cause your upper back pain. To be more sure it is best to consult your physician to know the exact reason why you felt these pain. Yoga for back pain is an excellent exercise in removing back aches. Some people don't have time to exercise, instead they use posture brace corrector. It also helps relieve pain from your neck, shoulder, upper back and lower back. 2. Bad posture can lead to a lot health problems. Not only can it cause tightness, muscle spasm and pain- but it can affect your organs, and the functioning of your body. Plus, being in pain for most of the day is no fun. You must find another way to carry your 2 year old, you could cause serious injury to yourself. For example, a posture corrector will help to correct your upper back area.
