Back Pain

what causes back pain, sore throat, bad headache and sinus pain?

My main concern is the back pain because right now that's the worst part. It's mostly in my middle back equally on both right and left sides. I've never had back pain this bad. Is it normal for such a bad back ache along with a sinus infection? (I rarely get back pain)
