Is bad lower back pain associated with pregnancy?

I have tons of pregnancy symptoms but I feel like my back pain is the same as when I get my period but I don't know if lower back pain is associated with early pregnancy? What are some pregnancy symptoms for the first 2-4 weeks past ovulation?

1. I don't think that back pain is symptoms of pregnancy. But first you do pregnancy test which is available in medicals. Is your period regular? If So then there is no problem.
