Is upper back pain a period symptom?

I have never had my period and I'm 13. I am having some pain in my upper back along with discharge, pubic and under arm hair, and breast buds. A few days ago I ovulated... I found a lot of clear streachy discharge that I have learned is fertile mucus. Now my upper back really aches. Is this a period symptom?
