Back Pain

What do you do for back pain during pregnancy?

I've got pain in my upper right back area, ribcage area but in my back...I've tried prenatal massage, heated pads, rub A535 but it always seems to come back, I thought it could be work related (I'm in dentistry) but I haven't worked in 3 days and it still hurts, sometimes I get lower back pain but that's more bearable. What do you guys suggest?

  1. You could pray about it.
  2. There is a great gel called Voltern Emulgel It is awesome! It has a real anti-inflammatory med in it that penetrates to the muscle and really helps. The other rubs are only skin deep and just change the temp not really giving real relief. Try it along with what you are already doing. Get lots of rest, try baths in Epson salts, and take Tylenol as a safe pain med.
  3. go to your doctor and ask for some bendirz cream , its the best !
  4. Try going to see a chiropractor! it worked wonders for me while i was pregnant.. i had a bulding disk while pregnant and during labor it became herniated and had to have back surgery!!
  5. Best Exercise to Reduce Pregnancy Back Pain is pelvic tilts. There are variations descried in several ways. Lie on your back in a comfortable mat, your bed is fine but it should be firm. Then bend your knees. Now the exercise is to visualize and lift your "tail" up the floor so that the hollow of the back is flattened. Do it 20 time per day slowly working up to it. In the mean time, see your chiropractor also.
