  1. Your back pain is caused by a pinched nerve. When a nerve is pinched it tightens up muscles around it to trap it in that pain. Some nerve pains will cause you to sweat. When the back muscles are tight they can press into the nerves, as they leave the spine, going to the organs. Pressure on the nerves to your stomach will cause it to release more gastric acid which will give you pains in your stomach. To get rid of these pains you have to free up your back muscles to release the nerve and here's how to free them up: Back: (do while sitting) Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side. For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
  2. For your back pain you are most likely straining the muscles their or perhaps over working the muscles that are on your back. You can do stretches for your back as well as putting something warm over the area that aches. Your tummy problem can be because of you had something bad, if you had just eaten recently you must have ingested something that is not working with your stomach. Take pepto bismo or something similar to get this pain away. Sweating is due to the two problems up their, try and calm yourself down. Good LucK!
