What causes lower back pain during periods?

I think I'm going to get my period soon I have lower back pain But I wanted to know what caused lower back pain and when I should be expecting my period?

if u get brown discharge that means that us period in coming in few hours or something and the lower back pain because the 2 ovaries are in that place Good Luch :)
