Ias it normal to have upper back pain in early pregnancy?

So my fiance and myself have been trying to concieve baby #2 for a couple months now! I have had some symptoms this month lower back pain, upper back pain. swollen breast, constipation and heart burn my cycle was supposed to start today bust hasnt we are really hoping we are expecting my question is are these normal pregnancy symptoms and is the upper back pain normal!
